The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the order back to place of purchase..2) If you received your order and the items were damaged upon receipt, you must notify sales@homesteadinghowto.com within 3 business days of the delivery date listed on the tracking number to receive a replacement or a full refund. This rule applies even to orders that were placed as gifts. We recommend all customers inspect each items packaging for any visible damage before giving away to friends or family.
